1. Scope
These terms apply to the site titled Final Clock. Participation is subject to the published season rules and reasonable instructions supplied by an administrator outside the app.
2. No site-handled funds or financial services
- The site has no checkout, billing, wallet, balance, deposit, transfer, payout, refund, or payment-status feature.
- The site does not collect, hold, route, account for, or process funds.
- Pool tiers identify four separate survivor pools; they are not stored value or an account balance.
- Organizers and players are responsible for applicable law, venue policy, and private arrangements outside the site.
3. Roles and controls
Active administrators enroll public display names and manage weekly choices. Participants use the public board only to view pool status, standings, winners, and upcoming games. An owner controls the administrator roster.
4. Rules and administration
Server rules control tier separation, survival state, team reuse, current revisions, deadlines, kickoff locks, and settlement. The current missed-pick default eliminates a player without a timely selection.
Players should be treated consistently. The audit trail assists operations but does not replace a communicated correction or dispute process.
5. Schedule data and availability
- The displayed schedule must be reviewed by an administrator; the site does not promise an official live sports-data feed.
- Schedules, kickoff times, scores, and availability are not guaranteed to be current, complete, or uninterrupted.
- Production state uses durable storage, but outages, corrections, and provider delays can still occur.
6. Acceptable use
Do not bypass server rules, attempt to reach private administration without authority, disrupt the service, alter audit data without authority, or use the site unlawfully.
7. No official affiliation
Final Clock is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by the National Football League, an NFL club, or a player association. Team names and abbreviations identify demonstration matchups only.

The site is provided on an “as available” basis for this private league. To the extent allowed by law, no warranty is made about availability, data accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or legal suitability.
